At Dress2Ten, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.
This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging (when possible)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimate apparel, underwear, and swimwear (unless defective)
- Earrings and body jewelry
- Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Gift cards
- Items that have been personalized or customized
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer care team: Email us at privacy@dress2ten.store.
with your order number and reason for return - Receive a return authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions
- Package your item securely: Include all original tags and packaging, along with your RMA number
- Ship your return: Use a trackable shipping method and keep your shipping receipt
Returns without a valid RMA number may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Change of mind or sizing issues: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective or incorrect items: Dress2Ten will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
- Send you an email confirmation that we’ve received your return
- Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for size or color variations, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer care team to check availability of your desired item
- Follow the standard return process for your original item
- Place a new order for the replacement item
Once we receive and process your return, we’ll refund the original purchase. To ensure you receive your preferred size or color, we recommend placing a new order rather than waiting for the return to be processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we carefully inspect every item before shipping, occasionally issues may arise. If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, refund, or store credit. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for defective items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dress2Ten is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery address
- Tracking your shipment using the provided tracking number
- Contacting the carrier directly if you believe a package is lost or stolen
If you have concerns about package security, please contact us before placing your order to discuss alternative delivery options.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred. Returns from international destinations may take longer to process. Please contact our customer care team for specific instructions for international returns.
Store Credit
As an alternative to a refund, we can issue store credit equal to the value of your return. Store credit:
- Never expires
- Can be used on any future purchase
- Is transferable (you can gift it to someone else)
If you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund, please indicate this when initiating your return.
